Our clients' trust is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we follow a strict privacy policy. It explains how and why we collect personal data and company information, and how we protect it.
Use of information
Personal data and company information are never shared with third parties and are treated in strict confidence. We use the information to check that companies act in line with the Norwegian Anti-Money Laundering Act, and to inform previous prospective buyers of new commercial properties. Anyone who does not wish to receive such information can let us know.
Contact forms
Information you send through the forms on this website (name, company, email, phone and message) is used only to respond to your enquiry and is sent to kgs@neringsmegling.no.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or marketing. Maps are shown with OpenStreetMap tiles, which receive technical information (such as your IP address) to deliver the map. An invisible visit counter anonymously registers that the page has been opened.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete information we hold about you under the GDPR. Contact us at kgs@neringsmegling.no. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
